Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Leitner electric bicycles Australia-wide via couriers & they are easy to assemble. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days where stock is available. Once your order is dispatched the courier service may take 3-7 days delivery, regional and some remote areas require additional delivery time. As we are getting many requests please find delivery cost estimates below for your convenience:

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm only. All purchases are allocated a Tracking Number. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. Please ensure that you (or someone else) is at home during expected delivery. If you cannot be at home you must give written authority to leave the bike e.g. at the front door or back door. We cannot send to PO Boxes.

Leitner is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a backorder.

Please note that Leitner is not responsible for any damage inflicted to the products by couriers and that our warranty does not cover damage or loss during transportation.

Repairs

Repairs not under warranty can be performed by any good local bicycle shop. As of December 2016 we have service partners in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Launceston and Canberra.

All orders can be made online via our website. You will receive an email with details of your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept credit card payments for Visa and Mastercard via PayPal and Bank Deposit. At various times, we will have specials and coupon codes which you may use to buy our merchandise and lower cost.

When purchasing from Leitner your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
