Purchased Tirol eBike in December 2025 Delivery to Tuncurry NSW was quick and extremely well packed with no damage even possible. Assembly was straight forward although fitting the front light cable a bit tricky. A small tool kit was even supplied. After a few short rides and the inevitable adjustments of seat and handle bar heights I was ready for my first eBike ride. Even on level 2 assist it was a breeze especially for a rider in his 70s ! Gearchanges are simple and positive. Braking good but I do tend to mainly use rear brake - front disc brake can be a bit sudden if applied too hard. Lights are bright, seat comfortable. Foldng a bit tricky but makes bike fit well in campervan - no need for external rack. Battery had a bit of charge but top up charge simple and fairly quick. A foot operated tyre pump with guage is needed to get good pressure. The actual ride is excellent and only short bursts with the électric assist' on level 2 or 3 are needed plus simple positive gear changes on flat ground to maintain a good speed with minimal effort. The overall design, build and paint level is excellent. I would not hesitate in recomending the Tirol folding bike to anyone - even a novice bike rider. I am sure all their models would be just as good and prices are competitive with some of the Chinese online supplied ebikes. The sales section of Leitner eBikes in Melbourne are also quick to respond with practical advice to any queries

We had a Leitner bike for 5 years and decided to upgrade it to the Venice model. And we are very happy with the new bike , we got 2 of them.
Tge mein reason for going with Leitner was their service, they are there when you need them ,and nothing is a problem !
I had a small problem with the assembly ( my fault for not reading the instructions first 😂 and needed a new crank shaft , they send me a free replacement from Melbourne to Brisbane which arrived the next day !!!now how is that for service. Having been in my own business all my life, and know how important customer-service is, I can highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a bike ! You can’t go wrong with them and they are good quality bikes too . Considering my battery 15amp lasted me 5 years andwere still good to use after all that time .

To me the most important issue was.......I ordered and paid for it and guess what it didn't turn up in the next 2 weeks. I spent another anxious week working out what happened to the bike.......the local courier company lost it and held no responsibility for its loss. Direct Couries who Leitner use were not at fault contacted Leitner and they immediately went into action
A new bike arrived (not via the local courier) the next well in time for Christmas.

I brought a Venice Cruiser 4 years ago and have racked up 5000 trouble free km's since. As i live in a flat town and have access to many paths, this bike suits my requirements to a tee. Happy with the service, delivery and the value for money this entry level bike offers. I have no reason to not believe that this new Venice will not perform any different to the original.👍
